Space required

Please specify below the type of stand and width and depth of the area you ideally require. i.e. 3m x2m. Ensure that you request enough space as overspilling into the gangways or storage behind stands is NOT permitted. Furthermore no items are to be hung from the shell scheme ceiling grid or fascia name board. PLEASE NOTE: A DEPOSIT OF £300 WILL BE REQUIRED

The following stand types all include a shell scheme package – walls, grey carpet and a name board. Minimum size for a shell scheme stand is 6m2

We will endeavour to allocate the size and type of stand you have asked for. However due to space restrictions this may not be possible in which case we will allocate the closest available to that requested. I/we understand that completion and submission of the application does not constitute an offer of space and hereby apply to be allocated stand space in accordance with the Organisers’ Terms and Conditions *
