Press accreditation for Crufts 2025

Press accreditation for 2025 will open in the new year.

Please use the form below to apply for press accreditation at Crufts 2025. We recommend that all those seeking accreditation pre-register to ensure that their application is successful and their badge is ready at the event. Anyone registering at the event may face delays due to extra security measures.

 

The deadline for advance registration is 26 February 2025.

 

All press applying for registration will be vetted for authenticity and accreditation cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

To apply for accreditation, please fill out the form in full. You will be required to provide:

  • A passport style headshot image
  • Your press card number
  • Or if you do not have a press card, please complete the form and then submit a letter from the head of the organisation being represented on headed paper, confirming your press status, or examples of your previous published media work (from the last year) with your name clearly credited, please send these by email to event.registration@thekennelclub.org.uk

 

If you have attended Crufts as press in previous years, you may be requested to provide scans or links to your published press work. Please note that registration will be refused without the appropriate documents being produced and Crufts reserves the right to request a letter of confirmation from an editor before accreditation is granted.

 

Press photographers can apply via general press accreditation.

 

Press and photography allocations for Best in Show will be made during the course of the event.

 

Please note, commercial photography at Crufts is by permission only which must be requested by 21 February 2025. Photographers that wish to attend to sell their photos to exhibitors must email picturelibrary@thekennelclub.org.uk to arrange authorisation.

 

All overseas dog press should include their World Dog Press Association number in the box provided.

 

Video and filming restrictions

 

All filming requests need to be passed through Channel 4 by The Kennel Club ahead of time. Please note that in general no more than 5 minutes for feature, or 3 minutes news footage can take place from the show and live social filming and filming in the bp pulse LIVE arena (formerly the Resorts World arena) is not permitted.

 

For video or filming for broadcast and/or social media, a separate form must be filled out. Please list your media type as ‘filming’ on the form if you intend to video or film at the event and a member of The Kennel Club press team will be in touch.
