The sample licence agreement will be something like this: In respect of each photograph produced, [photographer] agrees to grant to the Kennel Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and licence to use, reproduce, publish, and advertise the photograph for Kennel Club’s purposes and in all and any Kennel Club branded forms and media and in all manner for Kennel Club promotion, marketing or any other lawful purposes without further approval of the photographs or imagery used.
