Social Media Competition - Terms & Conditions

Crufts, on behalf of The Royal Kennel Club Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 8217778, with its registered office at 10 Clarges Street, London, W1J 8AB (the ‘Promoter’), is running this free prize draw in partnership with Lucy & Lola.

To enter, you must:

• Be a UK resident.

• Be aged 18 or over.

• Have a valid Instagram account.

 You can’t enter if:   

• you are an employee of the Royal Kennel Club, or a member of the immediate families or households of such employees.   

 Your entry won’t count if you don’t meet the above criteria. 

This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, you must:

• Follow @crufts on Instagram.

• Follow @lucyandlola on Instagram.

• Tag a fellow dog lover in the comments on the giveaway post.

For an additional entry, you can share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag both @crufts and @lucyandlola.

The prize draw opens at 6pm on 20 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 20 November 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

You can enter by following the instructions above. By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and are eligible to claim the prize.

Entries must comply with these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid.

One winner will receive:

• A £150 Lucy & Lola digital gift card, which will be sent to the winner's email address.

• Two standard general admission tickets to Crufts 2027, valid for one day of the winner's choice, subject to availability and the applicable ticket terms and conditions.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where necessary.

Travel, accommodation, food, drink and any other expenses associated with attending Crufts are not included in the prize.

The Lucy & Lola gift card is subject to any applicable gift card terms and conditions.

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @crufts Instagram account following the closing date.

The winner must respond within five working days of being contacted to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The winner will be asked to provide an email address so that the Lucy & Lola digital gift card can be sent to them. The Crufts tickets will be arranged with the winner following confirmation of their details.

The prize will be arranged within 30 days of the winner confirming their details, subject to any necessary arrangements with Lucy & Lola.

Any personal information provided by entrants will be used by The Royal Kennel Club Limited and, where necessary, its partners or suppliers to administer the prize draw and arrange delivery of the prize.

The winner's email address will be shared with Lucy & Lola where necessary to deliver the digital gift card.

Entering the prize draw does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Any marketing consent will be requested separately where required.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Royal Kennel Club may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.  

The Royal Kennel Club reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.  

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
